Return Policy

Unopened Returns

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to unopened returns, excluding delivery charges, provided the item is in unused, new condition.
  • Opened, damaged, scratched, or assembled items are not eligible for return.
  • All returns will undergo an inspection before any refund is issued.
  • Customers are responsible for return delivery charges.
  • Insurance is required for return shipments to cover potential damage. Artistry Living is not responsible for returns without insurance.

Opened Items Returns

  • A 35% restocking fee will be applied to opened returns, excluding delivery charges.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included.
  • Customers are responsible for return delivery charges.
  • Insurance is required for return shipments to cover potential damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special Orders
  • Clearance Items
  • Closeout Items
  • Floor Models
  • Special Sale Items
  • Modified, Altered, or Used Items
  • Personal Use Products (e.g., Mattresses, Bedding, Pillows)

Backorder Delays

  • We strive for timely deliveries, but delays may occur.
  • Back-ordered items may take between one and eight weeks for delivery.
  • Unforeseen delays may happen due to our global suppliers.
  • Artistry Living is not responsible for general stock replenishment delays.

Warranty

We offer a One-Year Limited Warranty on all products for manufacturer defects.

Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in new condition.
  • Refunds will be adjusted for shipping fees (if applicable) and restocking fees.
  • Damages during return shipping due to insufficient packaging are not eligible for a refund.
  • Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
  • Our Customer Service team is available to assist with any inquiries.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, report it within 48 hours with images and a detailed email.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure proper packaging to avoid damage.
  • Replacements, repairs, or refunds will be provided for damaged or incorrect items.
  • No returns will be accepted for buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.

Order Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the confirmed delivery date.
  • A restocking fee will apply if cancellation occurs after this period.
  • If your item has shipped before the 24-hour window, the order cannot be canceled.
